This is what the Sovereign Lord, the Holy One of Israel, says: "In repentance and rest is your salvation, in quietness and trust is your strength." Isaiah 30:15
Have you spent some quiet time today with God and listened as He spoke directly to your heart? If you haven't why not find a quiet place and take a couple of minutes now. You'll be surprised how much better you will feel and things will not seem so bad.
