My sweetie and I are trying to get healthy so we are trying to eat the really healthy food. Tonight it was a big green salad with grilled Alaskan Cod. The salad consisted of lettuce, carrots, radishes, green onions, broccoli, pomegranate craisins, sliced almonds, diced tomatoes and the cod. It was really yummy!!!
Way to go mom!!! You guys keep up the good work. Good healthy food makes you feel so much better!!
