She's On Her Way...

I will extend peace to her like a river, and the wealth of nations like a flooding stream.

This morning our sweet granddaughter began a new chapter in her life as she headed out with her Mom and Dad on their way to Utah State University.  Where has the time gone as it seems like only yesterday that her Mom and Dad held her for the first time.  Over the years she has bloomed into a remarkable young lady.  She sets goals for herself, works hard and pushes herself to attain those goals.  Awbrey you have this and you are going to do accomplish so many marvelous things as you trust in your Heavenly Father.  Lean into His strength, His guidance as you walk the path He has set before you.  We will miss you but Papa and I are already talking about a road trip to Utah.

Father God I ask for a special blessing on our sweet granddaughter as she begins this chapter of her life.  Father God let Your sweet spirit surround her with a protective hedge and let everyone she meets see Your Son, Jesus Christ, living in her.  Father God I ask that you bless them with travel mercy today as they drive to Utah and this next week be an adventure for them.  Father God let Your peace fall on Marianne and Stephen as they prepare to leave their baby girl and return home.  Father God thank you for the blessing of finances that enables Awbrey to attend this college as she strives to attain the goals she has set.  Thank you Father God for Your grace and mercy that are new to us each morning.  Amen
