God's Hand

I am so glad that my Father walks beside me as I grasp His hand and let Him guide me through each day.  There are times that I feel He is not there with me but then I discover that it not He who has moved away it is I as I try to handle things my way.

Father God thank for your mercy and grace that are new to me each morning.  Help me to always remember to grasp your hand.....

Deborah today you would have been 54 years young and there is not a day that goes by that I don't think of you. We miss you but know that you are happy in heaven hanging out with Grandma Zola, Papa Leo, your Momma Linda and your Dad Larry. 

You have been on my mind today and I can't help but think about your favorite poem and what it meant to you.

God's Touch

In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.  The earth was formless and void, and darkness was over the surface of the deep, and the Spirit of God was moving over the surface of the waters.  Then God said, "Let there be light"; and there was light.

Prayer

This, then, is how you should pray:

"Our Father in heaven,

hallowed be your name,

your kingdom come,

your will be done,

on earth as it is in heaven.

Give us today our daily bread.

And forgive us our debts,

as we also have forgiven our debtors.

And lead us not into temptation,

but deliver us from the evil one.

For Yours is the kingdom

and the power

and the glory forever.
